Premium Membership?

How many use it? Is it worth it? What part of the membership is most useful to you, and why?  So far I’m Down 15 lbs since  the new year from 260. I started off blindly eating a “dirty keto” diet before doing some homework and learning about macro percentages.  Cutting back on the Viking portion steaks,  made a huge difference in the way I feel. More often than not I don’t make my fat g. But I’m ok with that, and honestly I can’t be bothered chasing it.  The carbs have been pretty easy, especially after finding the hidden ones all over the place. Lol. Typically it’s been >20g.

Overall the app is helpful in making the adjustment easier to follow. Reading your success stories is an inspiration keep up the good work!!!!

    I have found the premium membership is worth it, like reminders for your meals and snacks, or extra meals that you would not find in the basic membership. Good luck with it.

    I highly recommend the premium membership...I paid the one year subscription as an investment in my health. I also wanted to commit to one tool instead of flitting about. The more you use it, the more you’ll love it.  Just stick with it! In addition to this app I have joined multiple Facebook groups for Keto and intermittent fasting. I love the “community” those groups offer.
