Question
Quick question I’ve been doing Keto now for about 20 days moderate to high ketones (urine) I started some fasting also. So here is my question. My last meal was at 6.00 pm then the following day I ate at 2.30 pm I had nothing at all but water I was not really hungry either. Before I ate I checked my ketones and they were still high. What I don’t understand is that without dietary fat why were they still high after all that fasting time, I figured that I would only be burning what my body produced and expected a low reading, why did they spill out into my urine.
