Keto Macros
I’m new here, started Jan 1, down 10# first week and no change for last 3 days. I’ve diligently stuck to the food log and stay within macros. Couple questions:
-Is the goal to max out the daily macros? As in, if I get 77g fat, I should try to reach 77? Or less is ok, just don’t go over?
-Do you ever recalculate your macros? And if so, when?
