Badmojomn they are excellent. They are a staple in our freezer. My husband loves them.

At my husband’s request I’ve started baking them in mini cake pans to be used as buns. Gives a uniform slice making them easier to use for sandwiches.
He is just not a fan of Fat Head dough (except for pizza) or psyllium husk recipes.

Makes excellent waffles. Cooked the batter in the waffle iron tonight. Froze the extras to pop into the toaster. Will tweak a sweet cinnamon variety then post a video.

lmrasch launched the blog website today. Only 2 recipes there (waffles & tortillas) but will be adding more every day.
