    Thank you. I am still not sure if I am doing everything right but I am working on it. Yesterday and today I feel kinda blaha! Hoping it will go away soon.

    TLG26 bone broth or stock (not salt free), avocados, pink Himalayan salt, sugar free electrolyte drink powders & Epsom Salt in bathwater or foot soak will replace the electrolytes you are losing and will help you feel better. 

    Cut back on the fat or sugar alcohols is you are having tummy troubles.

    Withrow Urban Homestead I had some beef broth and a approved Keto shake. I do feel a little better as in not as  nauseous. Still tired but that could be due to a number of environmental things as well. Thank you so much again!
