Oops.. I did it again

I accidentally started a diet. I downloaded this app after putting a lot of thought into my eating habits. I tracked one whole day of my bad habits and was blown away that I was consuming well over 300 carbs a day! The next day I made it a point to make some kind of effort in changing my diet. I miraculously cut my carbs down to about 105 which for me was a huge win. The next morning I was down 1.5 lbs and that gave me the strength to keep going. I'm on day 13 and am down 6.5 lbs. I'm thrilled! Maybe I can eventually be exclusively Leto and substantially lower my carb consumption. I bet I'd lose so much faster!

    Good for you taking steps to improve yourself!  (80-90g) is what works for my husband. (20g) is what works for me. That’s the beauty of LCHF. We can tailor it for our individual bodies. Welcome 😁
