Does cooking with MCT oil hurt it’s positive properties?

Ideally I’d like to hear from a nutritionist or someone who is into the chemistry side of foods to know if cooking with MCT oil (particularly the heat) hurts its positive properties.  I know that sautéing with olive oil kills some of the goodness in it.  I’ve been wondering this since cooking my morning eggs in MCT oil.

I would be interested to hear too. I did online search and no consensous. Some say yes, others no. I use avocado oil. I haven't heard that has a problem with heat.
