Hello, I noticed a lot of recipes call for some type of coconut product which i’m Not a fan of. What can I use in place of that?

    That depends entirely on the recipe. For cooking things, you can use ghee. If it's a low-heat cooking you can use olive oil, but ghee is better for frying or high point cooking.  For things like fat bombs, you can use butter or maybe sesame oil.  Most people do not get any taste from MCT oil, so you could substitute that.
