I am on keto for 3 weeks and although I follow my macros and calories, for 1 week my loosing weight has been stopped!

    Are you measuring your inches? Your weight might not always reflect weight loss but inches do

    As I lose weight, my calories need to be lowered to continue losing at the same rate.  The app does this automatically for Premium Users, but the rest of us must do manually by entering new weight  in Measurements and then recalculating Macros in Settings.  Good Luck.

    Lisa yes I do. The inches are reducing.but I think its speed is not very good😉

    Gina yes I change them every week. I have a question. Is red wine bad for keto and loosing weight? Normally I don't drink but last week in a ceremony I did and for 4-5 days I didn't have any progress!!

    Tbbanoo  I have not tried any alcohol, but my understanding is if you are under carbs and calorie goals it should be okay occasionally.  You might consider intermittent fasting to kickstart weight loss.
