Exercise

I want to do exercise , but I am so tired , it's my second day.

    If younhave never done a low carb diet before, it will kick you butt until your body adjusts.

     

    one of the issues early on is getting your salt regulation stabilized.  You'll feel a lot better in the early days if you take a teaspoon of salt in the morning for a week or two.  

     

    Some people quite the diet after a short time because they feel tired and sick and it just seems like the diet cannot possibly be good for you if this is how bad you feel.  It will pass, but in the meantime, salt will help.

    I've been low Carbing for a few months now. Just starting to feel normal. One thing I noticed- if I don't eat enough fat- I feel terrible. Oils- butters- avacados -LOTS - and heavy cream. Coconut organic unrefined every morning in my coffee 3 teaspoons. More if I can stomach it.
