Down 40lbs since July 5th.

So glad to see a 3 lb weight loss this morning after a 2 week stall.
 I’m half way to my goal.  Started at 260, now 220. Managed to stay on plan thru the holidays, carb wise,  calories, not so much but back on plan now.  I’m 72, with some mobility issues that limits exercise
