I deeply miss fruit...

Any recipes that include a fruit, mebbe even something other then berries and avocados would be appreciated! Understand they'd probably be on the higher net carb side of the spectrum.

    I’ve missed fruit as well, but have kept away from all but berries for over 8 months now. I’m 1 1/2 lbs away from goal and will start adding more berries and occasionally 1/2 cup of other fruit such as apples and pears, but only when paired with a fat & protein such as a nut butter or cheese. Absolutely no tropical fruit. Remember that fruit as a carb can be a slippery slope, so add it back in small quantities, no more than twice a day and to keep track of any symptoms that reappear such as hunger and carb cravings. If having an  apple a day keeps you happy and on the diet without repercussions then great, but be honest about how it effects you.

    If you are craving sweet you can have a jello with whipping cream. It is on program too.

    This has strawberries, BUT it also has lime zest and lime juice in it. One change I made to it: instead of using 1 1/2 cups of almond flour, I used 1 cup almond flour PLUS 1/2 cup coconut flour. Strawberry Lime Keto Fruit Pizza
