Hi! I'm almost two weeks on plan. My husband did low carb/keto/intermittent fasting last year and lost over 50 pounds. He looks amazing! So, I'm on board now. Looking to lose 20 - 30 total, most of which I hope will be gone by Mid April for my sisters wedding. I'm tired of my clothes being uncomfortable and I refuse to buy the next size up.
Right now, I'm not fitting in much exercise. I love experimenting with new recipes... especially for easy, quick, weeknight meals. I've committed to at least 30 days without any "keto treats" as those things are my weakness.
So far I'm down about 4 pounds. This week I'm focused on drinking more water and tracking my foods.
