Question and seeking answers...
Hi everyone. I started eating keto Nov 1 and have been faithful with eating correctly since. So far, I lost 9 lbs which occurred the first two weeks. Since then I have stalled, not losing anything. I log everything I eat and obsessed with making sure that my macros are correct. My breath meter ranges anywhere from 5.5 to 9.95 which reflects that I am in the medical watch zone. I exercise and drink water. So what am I doing wrong? Measurements have stayed the same too. Any advise would be appreciated.
