Hi I am new to Keto and Carb Manager and loving all of it so far.

Please can somebody help me with my GKI, here is todays readings but from my understanding it don't look right at all so I am wondering if I have a setting wrong???

When I use the Perfect Keto GKI calculator is says my GKI is 5.22 but on Carb Manager it says 30.3????

What am I missing??

  • Hey there! Please make sure that your ketone and glucose density units are set correctly under Settings. That's usually the cause of errors in calculating GKI.

    Hi Carb Manager, Please can you confirm to me what the settings should be to calculate the correct GKI?
