Lost 10 pounds in 2 weeks  -  now struggling to keep myself from cheating !

    Congrats on the loss! You can do it! It's mind over matter. I keep reminding myself that I am stronger than my cravings. I used to be an emotional eater so I go to food when I'm stressed, sad, or bored. So when I get that feeling, I tell myself "you're not really hungry" and I drink more water. I portion out my snacks and only eat that amount. If I think I'm still hungry, I drink more water and make myself wait another 20 minutes. 

    If you're craving something that's making you want to cheat, try doing some keto friendly desserts. For me I'll get craving for something salty so instead of chips I will have cucumbers that are in vinegar & water with some salt and pepper on them. Curves that craving for me. I really want to try the Keto cookies I found in the Recipe Swap I found on here. 

    I am also used to having one cocktail during the evening so Saturday I let myself enjoy a few White Claws. I think I will do the same this weekend. Just keeping it in moderation.
