Just getting started!
I’m just getting into the keto lifestyle, but I’m already feeling a lot better! I have noticed an increase in my energy, and I’ve lost 8.6 lbs in just a few weeks! I’m hoping to keep that going- I gained a lot of weight with my baby, and before I tru for baby #2, I’d like to get to a healthier weight.
I’m still trying to figure everything out, but I’d love to hear recommendations on what has worked for others. If there are any supplements I should be taking, if eating too many green veggies can push me out of Ketosis, when this excessive thirst ends, etc! I’m looking forward to hearing from you! TIA!
