YaHooo 20lbs in 5 weeks!
It's real, It's happening lol I'm so excited!!! Weighed this morning and it was 5lbs for this week, making it a total of 20. Started on April 18th at 212lbs :/ ugh can't believe I've let myself get to that point but am here today May 23rd at 192lbs :) I've been letting myself go with many empty diet efforts for the past 9 years letting the emotional eating fulfill my immediate needs (from 116lbs) but I am truly wanting this more than my temporary food fixes. A new addiction is allowing myself to feel hungry, usually at night before bed, and in the am when I wake. I know I am forcing my body to adjust not having those late-night TV binges! I am high on knowing I've accomplished the goal the day before waking up feeling better and lighter. My body is actually responding to my minimal carb & low-calorie efforts with occasional (once a wk or once in 2 wks) 1-hour intermediate walk/jog. Beating the battle :D

Hello and congrats! I am new and a little thrown off by how many calories the program says I can have each day. On a diet, my calorie intake is usually 1500-1600 at most. This program has me ok with 2300 plus. I notice you mentioned low carb and minimal calorie intake, may I ask if what kind of program you are doing? Thank you!
