Hi, 3 lbs in 8 days is great! You must be doing really well with your diet. It sounds like you want to lose weight faster (I can identify there!). Usually, men and/or those with a lot of weight to lose drop more weight, especially in the beginning. You may not have had much water weight to lose (which is most of the weight loss during the first 2 weeks), which could mean you lost more fat! Keep up the good work!
