40 lbs and "stall" Analysis
Hi there. I'm in my 5th month on the keto diet and so far I have lost 40 lbs and 3 pants sizes. Most of this time I have felt like I wasn't losing, or was losing then gaining again then slowly catching up to where i'd lost. So mentally, weighing everyday makes me feel like I'm in a stall.
So anyway I spent some time doing an excel sheet calculating my weekly stats and energy deficit and weekly and monthly weight loss numbers. While I haven't exactly lost in a smoothly curved line, sometimes losing in big chunks and sometimes in a dribble, my average monthly weight loss is about 6.3 pounds!!! So... eat that, stall!

to see your weight loss over time, you don’t need to use a spreadsheet.
Just go to the ‘Analysis’ tab and on the upper line of options across the top of the screen, look all the way to the right. Tap, ‘Projections’ and it will bring up your weight history. You can see it from the beginning, or you can customize your view.
