Hello everyone!

Hello everyone, ๐Ÿ‘‹

Sorry I speak French and I use a translator to write this message to you! ๐Ÿ™‚

I suffered from cushing's disease, thyroid disorder, pituitary gland with various hormonal disorders. There was nothing I could do to lose my weight. No matter how much I eat salads, play sports (many sports +++), but my weight kept going up. It was disheartening!
I consulted a doctor who deals with problems related to hormonal problems (great doctor who diagnosed my hypothyroidism and cushing syndrome).

She advised me to eat fatty. When she told me to eat fat at the start, was I really surprised? And I started reading about the ketogenic diet and Dr. Jason Fung's approach and intermittent fasting.
I started keto in May.  I signed up for Carb Manager, bought a Fitbit watch and lost 16 pounds since early May.

I was playing excessive sports and my doctor recommended that I not tire my thyroid gland so as not to end up at the starting point. I am walking (I try to do between 8000 and 10000 steps per day. I try not to do too much cardio at the moment because according to my doctor, too much cardio can prevent me from going into ketosis because it raises insulin levels. So I listen to the advice.
I walked a lot at home during confinement while watching Leslie Sansone's Youtube videos (walk at home). So, we look forward to seeing you and reading you over the course of the adventure! Cheers everyone!๐Ÿฅ‚
