Nutritional numbers are very wrong

Hi.  Today I noticed that a recipe I had entered into CM had incorrect numbers for the nutritional info.  It was for cold brew coffee with heavy cream and collagen powder.  I had saved it as a recipe or meal, not sure what you guys call it.  I discovered that some of the numbers are outrageous.  The best example is for "Coffee".  Plain brewed coffee has no nutritional value at all, 0.  But if you look up just "coffee"  on here it comes up with, for 12 oz, 3.6 calories, 1.7 carbs, 1.7 fiber and it goes on with protein, fats, calcium, etc.  Can this be corrected?  I looked up several versions, they all seem to say that.
