Starting again from scratch
So I'm 3 weeks in, and thought I was doing well.
I lost 7lb week one, and another 2lb week 2.
I weighed this morning, and I've put on the 9lb again.
My bf thinks my scales aren't accurate, as they showed him 5lb heavier than he is at home.
So I looked at my macros, and I have been snacking a lot on cheese, and although my carbs are always between 4 and 15 a day, very rarely above 10, my calories are sometimes higher than the recommended amount.
So I'm starting again, and with keep an eye on calories, and not have so much cheese.
