New Beginning!
Started back up yesterday after a LONG hiatus and falling off the wagon. I feel like I have good control of low carb eating this time. Set up my macros and goals and am ready to go! First goal is to lose 20 lbs. From there, I'll set smaller goals until hopefully I can lose a total of 60-80 lbs, depending on how I feel when I get there. Wish me luck!
