Feeling really bloated. Been doing keto 9 days and think only been to loo once. Help☺️

  • I’m having the same issues. Started taking sugar free Milk of Mag. Also I know I need to increase water intake and exercise. Trying. Hope you feel better soon.

    Woah Granny!  Once in nine days is a long stretch... Not claiming any medical advice giving, but if things don’t get better in that department, I’d certainly get my doctor’s input here. 

    What I can offer you though is what I’m doing now that is working for me. I have a chronic problem with a ‘sluggish gut’. Trial and error and some input from my doc has landed me on taking a capful of Miralax powder every morning and have gradually built up to 2 tsp of MagicMag by Natural Slim in a cup of hot water every night when I go to bed.

    This may be overkill for you, or anyone else... But, it works great for me. I’m on a nice even and comfortable schedule now... Best of luck 👍👋

    Take the 14 day Metamucil Challenge.  It will get things moving for you and has lots of additional health benefits.

  • There is a product called Regular Girl. I buy the one with fiber. It is a pre and pro biotic as well. Can be added to any beverage! Miralax made me to loose as we would say in the Cattle business. And I like my undies Tidy  even if they are not Whity color every day! So no Miralax for me but I have gastroparesis so I have to be careful

    I was having that same problem but not consistently . After a little research I found that 4 tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar with the mother made me regular . Wifey sets her watch by me . I put 2 tablespoons in 12 oz. of water . I prefer natural over manufactured but that's me .
