Macro Shift

Sometimes, i don't hit my goals. Sometimes I'm over. What I'd like to see is a way to increase or decrease macros automatically depending on your goals. In other words, if I'm short one day, then the next day would automatically add to it what i was short in. If im over, then the next day would subtract in the areas i was over. And a handy toggle off/ toggle on button. Thanks!

  • Think of your fat and protein as a loose goal if your under it's of little bit over is also ok. Carbs is the only hard cap not to go over. So you wouldn't want to add or deduct macros the next day. Each day should be a fresh start
