Hello from Amaranth, back to keto

Hi, my name is Amaranth. Nice to meet you! The last year I've been doing lower/medium carb of about 75 grams per day, but it wasn't working at all. I've had good experience with stricter keto of 20 to 25 grams but gained it all back when I stopped doing the way of eating because of stress.

Now I know that this will have to be my lifestyle for the rest of my life, and I'm working hard on getting in habits that will help me do that. I have about 150 pounds to lose so I'll have to be more strict for a good long period, but I'm going to take it slow! I need to learn to eat keto as a forever thing.

If any of you ladies are also having problems with TOM being totally out of whack due to keto or have tips, could you please let me know by message or something? This has become a real issue now.

  • I find that if I have a hard boiled egg in the morning with my coffee I am able to stay on track the whole day. I eat something every 2 hours and I don't let myself get hungry because then its to late. Water water water 💧 😋

  • That is good advice, thank you. I have started boiling hard boiled eggs for snacks in between, using one in the morning makes sense.
