Having a hard time hitting my calories

Hello All!

I'm having a hard time hitting my calories without going over my carbs and protein macros. I try just adding good fats to my meals to make the calorie count rise but that sends the other macros through the roof. Any suggestions?

  • Add good fats that don't contain carbs or protein. What kind of good fats are you adding? If you just need fat and not protein or carbs then you should use things like oils (olive oil, avocado oil, coconut oil), Butter, or mayo (a good brand like primal kitchen). None of these add carbs or protein.
