New boy needs advise
Hi , I am just new to Keto so took a plan that comprises of 2.8 lt of water over the day - two shakes a day plus a meal where meat or fish or chook restricted to 100 gm per meal
for me it is very successful as I needed to lose weight fast for my health - I am 82 , 165 cm tall and weighed 101 kg and my BG was 10/11 and higher - I was on Metformin as a type2 diabetic
after one month and only strolling with my Pug for an hour every morning , my doctor was surprised with my blood test results - I am off medication and my weight is now 88 kg , BG under 5 - usually 4.6
because I have finished the plan I decided to come back to this site to watch everything I eat and my present nutrition is
9.3 gross carbs 19.6 fat 95.9 protein and 632 calories
I feel very well and not ever hungry - eat between 10 am and 6 pm - fast 6 pm till 10 am
please advise what my food intake should be to reach my goal weight of 70k so I need to drop a further 18 kg and the plan I am on is not recommend after eight weeks and that time is almost up
have just bought an instant pot from Costco as I read they are especially good for keto style of eating people
