Not meeting calorie goal

This is day 4 of low carb. Trying to lose 35 lbs. My issue is that I can't seem to make my calorie goal! I'm doing OK with the carbs, coming fairly close with protein and fats, but not quite hitting those either, but my calories average 950! That's with 3 meals and 2-3 snacks! Not sure what to do! Not really hungry, so it's not that I'm starving myself! 😂 Haven't lost anything this week, either, which I'm sure is because my calories are so low. Any advice?

  • How many calories should you be having? You definitely don’t want to stay at a significant caloric deficit for an extended period of time. Look over your logs to see where you make changes in the future. Also log the day before so you can see where you need to make changes. Also, if you can try to eliminate the snacking and increase your consumption during your 3 regular meals. You should try to go 4 hours between meals.
