Generally net carbs are calculated as total carbs - fibre. I am amazed that you ate 62 grams of fibre assuming the carb and fibre values are correct!

I think some of the food you logged  must have incorrect information, either carbs data is way too high and/or fibre data is way too high.

Those numbers just doesn't seem right.

I can't imagine eating 62 grams of fibre, that would be equal to 720 g of artichokes, about 2 pounds!

  • Net carbs also deducts sugar alcohol. I often hit 60 to 80 carbs and stay under my 30 net carbs limit

Something sounds a little wonky in the difference between net and total carbs being so great but in principle it sounds like you're on the right track.  Fiber is not digestible so the fiber grams are subtracted from the total carbs to get net carbs.  Said another way, since fiber is not digestible it does not count.  Disclaimer: I'm not a nutritionist but I research and question everything!
