Having a crisis
I NEED HELP, IM WORRIED! I was making keto chocolate chip cookies, and all of my ingredients were fine, from the almond flower, to even the zero sweeter chocolate chips. But everything changed once I included the stevia. My carb manager app is red flagging the stevia and says itll take me out of ketosis. I only just realized this once I put the cookies into the over.
Should I be worried? Should I not eat these cookies? I've been on ketosis for three weeks and I'm scared I'll stop it if I eat the cookies. I know it has a glycemic level of zero but then why is carb manager red flagging it and putting into my chart that I'm 55g of carbs over my 21g limit?! Help please! Can I eat these cookies or no?
