Premium not showing up in either app or PC

I can't see a technical or support forum so I'm posting it here. I renewed my premium subscription via the iphone app. It has been taken out of Paypal but each time I go to enter my glucose or ketones it tells me to get Premium. I've tried logging out and back in but getting the same result. I've paid but no benefits.
