Greetings Fellow Humans!

I have successfully lost 100+ pounds in the past on a low carb diet but seem to let the weight creep back on because I would revert to my old eating habits.  I am a carb addict and now know I am not going to find a happy medium (cookies and donuts are my kryptonite).  I am starting over again but this time with the mindset of this being a lifestyle change and not a temporary change and honestly, I am ok with that.  

My husband and I started three weeks ago, just after Christmas, and for some reason this time the first two weeks was rough!  I did not think I was going to make it through the withdrawal of sugar and carbs, this is what I am going to think about if I ever think I can go back to daily donuts and such.  

I no longer have a scale and decided that I am not going to buy a new one, I will be tracking my size, I took my measurements after one week in of the diet and will remeasure once a month.  I want to focus on eating correctly and getting exercise.  

Anyways, I joined because I wanted to find support and give support to others going through these changes.

    I started the Keto diet three weeks ago and hoping to lose some of this extra love muscle myself LOL Good luck to you!!
