Keeping carbs low and upping calories

Hey friends, I am struggling with getting enough calories. Any suggestions?

    Add avocados to your meals (if you like them). Some people recommend using cream cheese. If you eat bacon, it's loaded with calories. Good luck 馃榾

  • I鈥檓 having the same issue as well as not getting enough fat and too much protein. I usually have carbs left over at the end of the day as well.

    I am getting full at meal time and really don鈥檛 want anymore to eat. We eat a good amount of bacon and we LOVE avocado and try to put in to every meal. 

    I would really appreciate any input to cure this imbalance in my macros.

    Are you hungry at the end of the day? Maybe you don't need as many calories as you think you need. I wish I wasn't hungry....although it's starting to diminish. : )

    I put olive oil on my veggies and salads.  It adds up.
