I鈥檓 having the same issue as well as not getting enough fat and too much protein. I usually have carbs left over at the end of the day as well.
I am getting full at meal time and really don鈥檛 want anymore to eat. We eat a good amount of bacon and we LOVE avocado and try to put in to every meal.
I would really appreciate any input to cure this imbalance in my macros.
