Hello! Newbie here

Hi all!  I’m a 60 y/o woman trying to get rid of my muffin top and defy illness as I age.  I have a newbie question.  Where do I input the supplements I take?  I saw it once I think but now can’t find it.  Ugh.

    68 year old into my third year of keto.  Down  69 pounds and enjoying my new lifestyle.   
    I enter supplements just like food, enter the supplement name and it usually pops up.  Save it to supplements (just like a meal item) at the bottom of the screen (below snacks).  I hope it works for you.  Good luck!!!

  • I just started putting my supplements in also and didn't realize it was being enterred  in the breakfast area where I guess I was clicking to go.  New to the forum and looking forward to progress and support!

  • Maybe you can help.. I'm 62 and am having trouble staying/getting into ketosis.  I thing my fats, and protein macronutrients are too high.  I weigh 176 and am down about 5 lb, and 5-6 inches in 3 weeks.
