why? why did i do it?

So for lunch I caved to my cravings....and now I feel like crap.  Today is day 7 for me....why me?  Now what do i do? I feel defeated. ðŸ˜‘

  • The first two to three weeks can be the hardest. Your brain is telling you it wants carbs and unfortunately it is very hard to resist. Don’t give up and start again. Just go forward knowing your brain will  try this again. You’ll need to figure out a strategy to help you get past the cravings next time. I meditate and think about my goals when this happens. You might also want to do some research on others ways to help. YouTube has some excellent videos with lots of info on this very thing.

    Hi. I read that one step back doesn't break the progress, you just jump back on your plan and keep strong. Stay on keto. Find snacks that are covering your craving. If you miss fruit, make fat bombs with the great taste minus the carbs. If you crave salty get some snacks in keto like pork snacks, or salted nuts. The recipe search is helpful. ;)
