You are very welcome to provide feedback here, but we won't be replying to individual messages. We are listening to feedback expressed here and on other channels and making changes constantly.

We've been posting updates in Announcements and will continue to do so there. 

As it states at the top of the Forum homepage, for tech support, it's best to go through the app, Settings > Help & Support. There is such a huge backlog now that we are tightening our priorities, so if you're writing us to say, "bring back the pie chart," for example (which we've already done), you may not hear back because we're already working on the common concerns. Our agents are prioritizing individuals with issues that prevent them from using the app. If you need help, please contact support.

  • The old version was definitely better. 

    This new version is not working as well as the older version. 

    My fitness app will not sync 😩😩 I can't find the community page and the app often freezes 😩

  • On the web app, I cannot edit and save anything, I can just look. It does sync with my phone app but I can't edit anything.

    How do I fix this problem? Before the updates it worked just fine. Since the update to V7 it now does this.
