I've been off and on low-carb & Keto for several years now. I'm just trying to maintain my weight. It's been a bit of a challenge. I have exercised a lot and got too thin, all the while hating it. Then, I changed my diet to low-carb and finally weaned myself off sugar. And that worked to maintain the weight. I didn't eat sugar for 3 years and now I don't like it. That was a few years ago and since then I've gained some weight and would like to bend over to tie my shoes without this stomach in the way. So, here I am. I'm excited to meet you all and join you in my low-carb journey.

David Graves I had been trying to wean myself from sugar for a long time. I was actually addicted to it. Doctor found out I was not absorbing some important vitamins so I had to quit sugar and other high carbs and take some supplements that were expensive. I wasn’t about to counter my recovery. After 3 years, I went back to eating sugars sparingly and found that I didn’t much like sugar anymore. Everything was too sweet. I love it.
