- Take full advantage of your freezer- make good stuff in big batches.
- Include a couple treats like dark chocolate coconut bars.
- Help your kids eat healthier too by getting them snacking on veggies and steering away from sugared cereals.
- Don't eat your kids' food- if it's carb-y. Your bodies are different and need different fuels.
I was a single mom in grad school and had trouble finding time, but it ended up being the best diet for my busy schedule, and my kid (adult now) is a fan of veggies and eats quite healthy (Except the jalapeno poppers! lol)

Blake Thanks for the advise. I need to get a deep chest freezer. We are definitely better than most households I would say when it comes to eating fruits and veggies, so we do have a foundation for sure. I am thinking about getting one of those meal services... https://b2564budrw62wa0wx74c6qey3a.hop.clickbank.net/?tid=3126

I have a bunch of food allergies, so I have to cook everything myself, but I do get a misfits market box, which mostly is a great deal and I like. Careful ordering heavythings like pineapple and watermelon with liquids like nut milks though. The leafy greens, carrots, radishes are superb! Peppers when they are available, too.
