Protein for pescatarians/vegans/vegetarians on keto

How do you meet your protein requirements without meat? 

I found that since I don’t eat meat, it’s actually easier to hit my daily fat intake than protein.

(I eat fish ocassionally. No tofu.)

What other non-animal protein sources are good for keto?

    I'm vegetarian too.

     

    Eggs, tofu, broccoli, cheese... theres many.  Whey protien shake to catch up

    Hemp hearts have both proteins and fats!
