lose weight

hello  my name is Stephanie  Iam try to lose weight but I am doing something wrong  please help

  • You must enter your food in a head of time because it is so easier to go over your macros and calories.  I measure everything right down to pork rinds I use for breading.  Exercise helps but to tell you the truth I rarely get more than 3,000 steps a day. Florida does offer free saunas which might help LOL.   What issues are you having?

  • Stephanie Woodward Did you go over on carbs?  Depending on how much chicken you might not be getting enough protein and fat.
