BBQ pit smoker a hit

I have found my new perfect gift to smoke and roast really good meats. I smoked my first brisket on my pellet smoker and it was so easy and I really didn’t have to watch over it -and all I can say is yumolla and leftovers to freeze!!

    My husband is an “Egger”. I had won that Big Green Egg in a chili cook off a few years back. Best thing ever as he smokes something every weekend and as you say, it is delicious and always leftovers for the week.  I was thinking about purchasing a Traeger that uses pellets for when we travel in our 5th wheel. Do you know anything about them?
