Newbie

Hi I am new to this way of eating.  I started hard core back at the gym Dec 20 and adding this eating plan to my lifestyle so I can get better results from my exercise.  I welcome all advice and recommendations.

  • Increase your sodium to around 5 grams/day.  Keto is salt eliminating by nature.  Most keto doctors and scientists recommend going easy on exercise during keto adaptation (about three weeks in for most folks) as your body is under stress while switching fuel processes and your performance will go down and you won’t feel great from exercising (they’ve done research with elite athletes).
