Newbie-ish

Hi there! This is my second time going low carb. I did so about two years ago and lost a whopping 17 lbs in two weeks. Only life got in the way, and I gained all back plus some. Bit of a background - I got pregnant at 18 and was around 135 lbs. The day I had my son I weighed 210. 4 days later I weighed 184 (he was huge!). I continued to lose weight and stayed a steady 155. Somewhere between 2 to 3 years later depression set in and I started gaining weight. Alot of weight. I was 230 at my heaviest and im only 5'3. I started low carb for a variety of reasons this time and i know i can do this. Over the last 4 days ive lost almost 9 lbs. Im impressed. The only problem im having is eating way too much protein. Help! What are some low protein foods? Thanks everyone!
