I have a Rash
So I am two months into my Keto way of living. I have developed a rash on my neck and down my back. From what I have read it is do to sweating at night time. So just wondering if anyone else has had this. And what everyone else has used to stop the itchyness?? I have had it for a good two weeks now. Thanks in advance

In my third week I developed rosacea and dry skin on my face for the first time in my life. I added one day a week of Intermittent fasting and extra water. I also began using apple cider vinegar in water a few days a week to drink to push out toxins that are being released by the body. Perhaps your body is releasing toxins. I would also check on food allergens if you’ve introduced anything new.

my boyfriend and I started Keto about 7 days ago and on day 6 he noticed a bumpy acne like rash on the left side of his back. After googling “Keto rash” I discovered that rash is in fact a rare but real possible side effect of the diet. There seems to be a lack of solid research and answers on it, and it can last for weeks to months. A day after his rash developed I developed itchy hive-like bumps on the top of my wrist. We are keeping an eye on the situation going foreword. Maybe it’s something in our environment? 2/2 seems unlikely for an uncommon side effect. Do you still have the rash?
