Ketosis ...

I started keto in August 2018. Initially lost 15 pounds. Felt great. Increased energy. Have been in plateau ever since. Tested beta ketones this morning (blood) showing 1.1. Obviously need to make adjustments. 

Any ideas out there to be back in Ketosis? I feel I’m keeping my carbs to s minimum 🤷♀️...

    When you start Keto you lose mostly water weight initially. Have patients and stay consistent. I tried a trick to get things moving again. Cook one pound of ground beef and put about 4oz in a bowl. Put 1 tbsp of butter on top and eat that as a meal. Trust me it is very rich and will keep you satisfied for hours. Keep doing that for one meal a day until it is gone. I lost 2pounds in 2 days and it really got things going in the right direction.
