I think most people choose the standard keto macro which is 5:25:70. To be keto, the carbs have to be 10% or less of your total calories. So 5% in the standard Keto macro. The number of grams for carbs is calculated based on your starting weight, the calorie deficit you’ve chosen and the macro plan you’ve chosen. There is an article in the Learn About Keto section that explains macros better. 29 grams could be the magic number based on what you have chosen.
