Logging again!

Hey everyone! I’m from hot and sunny AZ. Ive made a lot of progress, but tracking to get my ketones back up! Thought I’d join the community and chat for inspiration this time! My normal blood meter ketones are between 2 and I’ve gotten as high as 6. I recently got some keto bread that has 1 net carb per serving. I’ve been using the last few days. Check my ketones today and I’m as only registering a 1.1 .... which is low for me 😂. So here I am! Kicking the “keto friendly (lies... all lies 😂)” bread out of my diet! Should see these numbers jump back up!
